Litigation Experience
Jaskaran Singh has more than four years of experience in litigation. As an advocate, he has appeared before various Courts and Tribunals across New Delhi, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana among many other jurisdictions.
He has appeared in numerous pro bono cases representing the marginalized and the downtrodden individuals. As a member of Software Freedom Law Center’s Digital Defenders Network, Jaskaran has passionately fought for the digital rights of the people.
Under his guidance, Lotus proudly uses open-source, ethical and privacy respecting software in its daily course of business.
